When purchasing, I indicated my email, but the link did not arrive. What should I do?

Some E-mail services do not allow letters, or they end up in spam.

We recommend:

  • do not indicate mail.ru addresses when purchasing
  • check SPAM folders.
  • save links after purchase - after successful payment, the link is guaranteed to be generated and only with it you will be able to get accounts.

 

To receive a link to your order, you need to create a ticket and indicate in it:

  • order number
  • email to which the order was placed
  • account name
  • payment date
  • Invoice
  • Transaction ID

 

 After verifying your information, we will be able to issue you accounts.
