You can get a refund if no actions were done with the accounts (including logging into them without a proxy or with a poor-quality proxy, from a home IP or VPN).
Check accounts by their ID without a login - this will increase your chances of getting a refund.
Create a ticket indicating the order number, the reason for the return (don't forget to add screenshots of the problem) and it will be reviewed within 24 hours.
Accounts are returned within 24 hours of purchase. There are no exceptions to this rule.
We also recommend that you first purchase a small batch of accounts for testing if you are not sure that they are suitable for your purposes.
